Lead information, business status, funding interest, contact details, ownership information, revenue estimates, documentation availability, phone status, email availability, financial circumstances, and applicant circumstances may change during or after the application, intake, collection, verification, processing, or delivery process.
A lead that was recently active, interested, reachable, or potentially qualified at the time of collection, verification, processing, or delivery may later become unavailable, unresponsive, ineligible, previously funded, no longer interested, unable to provide documents, unwilling to proceed, or otherwise unsuitable for a buyer's campaign.

Captura Now Technologies Inc. does not provide consumer reports and does not authorize buyers to use any delivered data as a consumer report or for any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar consumer reporting laws.
Captura Now Technologies Inc. is not responsible for how buyers contact, manage, qualify, underwrite, sell to, submit, resell, store, upload, enrich, combine, or follow up with leads after delivery. Buyers are responsible for maintaining their own compliance procedures, data security practices, access controls, suppression lists, opt-out records, consent records, vendor policies, CRM rules, and data-use restrictions.
All purchases are subject to availability, selected filters, delivery volume, lead age, data source availability, processing limitations, and any written replacement, credit, refund, or delivery policy expressly provided by Captura Now Technologies Inc. at the time of purchase.
